Butyl Extruder

Frame Hanger Conveyer is a movable overhead structure with hangers where frames are hung over. The conveyor is usually put somewhere between butyl extruding machine and IG Line. When spacer frames are applied with butyl, they are immediately hung over on hangers. The design prevents frame from distortion and/or sticking. The hangers also convey towards the IG Line where operators could unload the frames easily and assembly in between two pieces of glass.
